Dear Mr. Korneyev,

I am writing to complain about the issue with the last rifle shipment, which arrived at our port on August, 26 2017.
The shipment with the code KA90-356 seems to be mistaken as the number of the Kalashnikov rifles in the package does not match with the order. There are only 25 of them, which 10 rifles less than our request. Furthermore, the bullets are even 3 boxes less than the order.
I would be much grateful if such matter can be discuss in person during my visit to Moscow next week. Moreover, I would like a discount for our recent purchase or a 40 % refund from our last payment. I hope you can consider our proposal.
